1984 | Born in Japan. Photographer and Artist.

2000 | Joined the photography club in high school. First experienced working with a film SLR camera and developing in a darkroom.

2003 | Entered the Department of Photography, Faculty of Arts, Tokyo Polytechnic University.

2006 | Awarded Second Prize at the university's Fox Talbot Award.

2007 | Entered the Master's Program in Media Art, Graduate School of Arts, Tokyo Polytechnic University.

2007 | Received the Fujifilm Photo Salon New Face Award for the work "Shinjuku" (selected by Herbie Yamaguchi).

2009 | Entered the Doctoral Program in Media Art, Graduate School of Arts, Tokyo Polytechnic University.

2009 | The work "moving still life" was selected for the EPSON epsite Gallery Spotlight Program.

2010 | Held a solo exhibition under the EPSON epsite Gallery Spotlight Program.

2013 | Completed the Doctoral Program at Tokyo Polytechnic University and obtained a Ph.D. in Arts.

2015 | Exhibited for the first time at the 41st Art Festival of Tokyoten. Subsequently received the Encouragement Award and was nominated as a member in 2016, and received the Excellence Award in 2018.

2021 | Founded the photographers' collective "To-Shiten" (Metropolitan Perspective), organizing regular exhibitions once or twice a year.

2024 | Became the first photographer to win the Grand Prize (Tokyoten Award) at the 50th Anniversary Art Festival of Tokyoten.
